Pros
From my observation, one of the pros I've witnessed in TP is that the people in the company are easy to hang with as time goes by. Next is they try their best to provide you good facility within the workplace, especially with the skilled I.T. staff that always helps with the employees' problems with their computers, with other appliances such as air conditioners and door access.
Cons
In my perspective, one of the cons I observed in TP is that other employees, especially the ones in the recruitment hub, could be sometimes not well-mannered and could get easily irritated. Another con is the time schedule in training based in my personal experience as a trainee. The shift given to us was very stressful to adjust with. Lastly is the salary. For a person living by herself, paying bills and her own expenses, the salary is far from enough to sustain everything.
