Pros
-Great environment that is relaxed. -TVs/games to play. vending options, and even catering from local restaurants. -401k plan, health, dental, vision.
Cons
-Rarely receive feed back on your work, until you do something wrong and of course, you get in trouble for it. You are not set up for success, but rather for failure. -You switch teams... a lot! Makes you feel disconnected from the very people you see and work with everyday, and a slave to the computer screen/phone. -No raises to off set inflation or the cost of living (so, everyday that you work here, you're technically making less and less each day!!) - Benefits are not too expensive, but costs enough to where if you need the benefits, you'll be living from paycheck to paycheck (thinking about overtime to get some extra cash? New tax brackets hinder you trying to thrive as well). It feels like to me, that this job was to exploit it's workers by means of competition between peers. Throw a shiny potential promotion out there, and the workers will produce better quality work for the same great price. All in all, this is a dead-end job. Treat it that way if you do work here.
