Pros
Ttec has been my home for 6 years as I was away from my family while working there. I would say that their application of various Lean Six Sigma methodologies in different aspects of the organization is effective from their user-friendly Human Capital tools (AskNow/HXConnect) for your government requirements to your clearance day. They've been the most organized institution I've been with so far. Their focus on Employee Engagement makes employees stay longer even during the COVID-19 pandemic when it's very difficult to keep employees engaged. Ttec's Employee Engagement Team is a Pandora's Box of Brilliant ideas. Ttec does not discriminate in promoting people. It has proven its core value of believing that every individual can Lead every day as they offer promotions regardless of your background, educational attainment, and even your SOGIE. Ttec is an inclusive company. IT DESERVES TO BE HAILED AS A "GREAT PLACE TO WORK" EVERY YEAR!!! If we have LGBT-friendly Companies in the World, I would kill to put Ttec on the list.
Cons
Very minimal cons but they have the cons among the cons - the Salary. Ttec is still sticking to the 2012-ish standard of "Provincial Rate" wherein as long as they offer higher than the provincial rate, they're good with it. Over the last 6 years, my compensation got increased only twice and the other increase was still the "Skills Premium" which came from the client and not from the company. The compensation increase when you get promoted from agent to Supervisor isn't too rewarding to see on the pay slip. If Ttec would stop ignoring year-over-year inflation increases by implementing at least an annual increase among ALL employees, Ttec can be the company you can retire with.
