Pros

- Benefits and bonuses; - Nice working atmosphere; - The company support during the hiring and relocation processes. - The possibility to work also independently, without too much supervision. This confers some authonomy to the employees. - The digital resources .

Cons

- System slowdown and errors (logging-in, loading pages, a lot of errors when accessing some links) - Recording of working time ( unavailable status when you are actually available on the PC and searching for information or doing tasks related to work) - Unavailable workplace stations /PCs at the start of the shift. Sometimes we have to wait or to go to another markets in order to log-in. - Too less time allocated for learning and acknowledging the information. - Some disorder in the management and writing of documents, resources and information, and in some situations they are not put together. - Changes of the production rooms without notification 24hours before, during the weekend shifts.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
