Pros

I haven't been working in a firm that invests a lot for its people except TaskUs. What entices me to stay with this #RediculouslyGoodCompany are the core values that I can actually apply even in the practical world. We strongly believe that Teamwork Makes the Dream Work. Truly, this has become evident of TaskUs' success in the realm of BPO. I come to work every single day like wearing a hat of happiness simply because I feel like a family with co-teammates and team leaders who are all supportive. Rubbing elbows with the Operation Managers and receiving big smiles from them are gestures which employees will treasure. Never in a moment that TaskUs shows greediness in sharing heaven with its employees by providing above-average compensation and enjoyable benefits.

Cons

TaskUs offers free coffee with no sugar that inevitably makes us healthier. Well, who needs sugar in the body anyway? LOL.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
