Pros

nothing good to say about this company because they’re such a disappointment maybe the dog friendly office is the only thing

Cons

We were told a lot of lies before we joined the team at TaskUs and treated very differently from actual employees. They promised a lot of things like catered lunches and all these perks that we never got. I’m giving this 1 star because I have to give them a star at all. No other office is near the HQ so they wouldn’t really feel the difference between the teams but there is a huge difference. We are treated poorly the other reviews are forced or fake and not true. We aren’t really TaskUs employees just like a call center. All of the desks and furniture in our office aren’t as nice to the nicer furniture in the actual office. We are forced to work days and hours we never agreed upon. They don’t care. over 5 people are leaving or have left in less than 3 months.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
