Pros

Perks for employees, solid sense of caring for employee well being from many executives (not all), pay is competitive.

Cons

Way too much blatant favoritism, very reactive environment, too much "looking the other way" with key employees which creates morale issues, heavy focus on "Have fun" without the right business focus on working hard, driving accountability to achieve what clients are paying for! All the talk about work/life balance is just talk, unfortunately.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Being a best place to work where we put our employees first is key to how we operate, but at the end of the day, you're right, we are also here to service our customers. Work Hard, Have Fun, is one of our core values, but just focusing on one part and not the other is not sticking true to those values. If you have any additional feedback you'd like to provide, please feel free to reach out to me at bryce@taskus.com

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
