Pros

Gaming systems, pool tables free parking, gym on property but probably infested with bugs.

Cons

Where oh where do I begin, the training is a complete waste of time all the notes you write is only good for testing, once on the floors all the PowerPoint slides that you reviewed in training is completely a lost, you will not have a complete understanding of what you are there to do, because all I formation provided is not understandable, because your not explained on how the material applies to your job. An outbreak of fleas and bed bugs how is that possible you asked not sure I guess from all the carpeting that is never cleaned, be an bags that everyone lay on, sleep on, and blankets...half of the employees so come to work in what could be considered pajamas, the rules changes look like every day, you can't have paper, pens, books to read, box of tissue if you are sick, oh and the germs that spread around is absolutely ridiculous. I understand this is suppose to be rated the best job ever, I guess to those who live to never achieve any goals, love making standard money, to have limitations on how they can advance and is plain lazy.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
