Pros

work from home was the only thing good about this job

Cons

When i first got hired on, there was no communication for weeks. I had my interview but lack of communication between the time a recruiter said i was hired to the time they actually called me about a job position. I got hired on as a Work From Home. The set up was easy, but the technical issues that came after were horrible on the companies side. When i was told about this position, she let me know i was going to be doing just chat and email, never was told i was going to be taking inbound calls, she did not let me know that the campaign was only lasting about a month and a half, i was blind sided by that. The training was supposed to be for a week that was cut down by 2 days, did not get anything done due to so many technical errors on the companys computers that were given. We were expected to be on live calls immediatly with no proper training. There is no structure, not even the Team Lead was helpful, she also had no idea what to do. I am used to working for a company with set trainings and ability to learn everything comfortably before starting on the floor. This is the worst headache, i would save yourself time and get a job with better pay and better organization and structure. they sell you at the beginning of this company being the best and different. i beg to differ from what me and other people that started with me, we all quit. Its no wonder they hire quickly. Bad turnaround time. Was told i was going to get paid a certain amount and it wasn't the case when i was hired on.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
