Pros

Stay as far away from this company as you can. They don't care about their employees AT ALL. Forced me to move to a new location over an hour away. They completely switched my schedule to overnights with no weekends off. I could only visit my sick mother on weekends. Told them this, along with turning in ADA disability for my anxiety, and they still refused to do anything to help. Now my mother has died and I barely got to see her in her last month. TaskUs gave me three days to grieve. Coworker put in her 2 weeks because she couldn't handle the commute to the different location. They fired her the same day. So she filed for unemployment, and TaskUs tried prevent her from getting unemployment, by leaving her on the schedule and saying she didn't show up her last 2 weeks. My other coworker was just fired and they paid her $7.25/hr for her last paycheck. Other friends struggled to recieve their last paychecks, after being laid off. Some didn't recieve their severance pay when they were suppose to, leaving them with no way to pay their bills. This company will screw you over in the end! STAY AWAY!

Cons

Don't care about their employees. Incompent TL's, OM's, and HR Department.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
