Pros
Comfortable, clean, and aesthetic office. Excellent work environment Outstanding facilities and equipment. Lots of events and activities that you can participate. Great benefits. Availability of wellness programs. Leaders and Managers are proficient, skillful, and experts on their field. People are kind and respectful. Free snacks, coffee, and lunch. I feel safe at work. The sentinels are doing a great job.
Cons
My first month has been really stressful. There were certain information that was not made clear when I was first assigned to an account, which later became a problem and got me reprofiled to a different account after 4 days in training. I had to wait for a whole month to start working again - a whole month with no work, and no pay. If I had not thought of and reconsidered the wellness programs that TaskUs provides, I might've looked for a different job. Apart from that, my date of birth on the company file was incorrect. Which means, the birth date that was submitted for me to the bank and the health insurance provider is also incorrect. That caused a delay for my payroll account and HMO account to be created. I was not able to receive my pay for the first 4 days of training (even until now). It's hard to get assistance through our portal since the "Submit a Ticket" button is not working. Since I was on a floating status, I don't really have direct supervisor at that time to get help from. I tried reaching out to my previous managers, but did not receive a response. I had to email a few people from management and training (who are not really connected to me) just to get help. Asking a favor from someone you don't really know is a bit uncomfortable. Still, TaskUs is a great company. I appreciate those people who helped me.
