Pros
UTO - They give you 8 hours of approved time off per month that you can use however you want. It's paid. People that work there are great.
Cons
They constantly drop campaigns. This means that your job is never secure. If they drop a campaign, they may try to move you but most of the time you're on your own. I was moved to a campaign and they let us go a month later because they were "overstaffed" for that campaign. 2 weeks before our last day they hired new people to the same campaign. It's like they want to let go of people just to not have to pay more. At some point I was hired as QA and was offered more $ per hour while the people that were already in that position were getting paid less than the new people in the position. Of course, once QA campaign dropped, I had to re-apply for TaskUs but couldn't stay as a QA, I had to stay on the phones. NO position is secure unless you're a lead. Overall, the place just doesn't care for the people that are already there. Trust me, when you start it's great, after that not so much.
