Pros

Remote work is great, It allows us to work more efficiently and with less personal expense.

Cons

Where to begin. TaskUS has a company "pillar" about radical candor and truth that they boast about when they hire new people. This could not be further from the truth. The upper management constantly lies about its daily practices CONSTANTLY. When they would hand out "merit bonuses" (it's in quotes because they made it seem like 1-2% after 2 years is such a gift), they would tell us it was based on reviews, yet team members who had the same scores would get differing amounts. And if you fell into the mid-level management group, your expectation is to agree with everything and follow blindly or face consequences or even termination. They do NOT like any kind of free thinking so beware. They micromanage EVERY part(and I mean every hour) of your work day life and make threats if you don't fall into line. The culture is non-existent and tone deaf. Even when attempts are made, the teams are so afraid to say something wrong, even in a team building environment, that it becomes uncomfortable and anxiety-filled.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
