There are a ton of pros. Where should I start?.... - smart coworkers that will hustle to help you achieve your goals - constantly changing hurdles to overcome, for some this might be a turnoff, for problem solvers this means you'll never be bored - we are competing against ancient companies that are truly Goliaths, it's super fun beating them - dog friendly office, I've got a dog...so that's nice - work travel is typically to major cities with growing tech hubs, if you like to do that sort of thing... it's a plus - the whole office is pretty much filled equally with health nuts and foodies, whatever your thing is...you'll have company
Cons
It's a growing company. If you're looking for perfect, maybe think about joining Google... - while we recognize it's a "marathon", it can definitely feel like a sprint as we are literally doubling in growth/revenue every year - hours can be tough as you're working with clients and coworkers in all time zones - you don't like dogs, ok...santa monica office might not be right for you ;) - we're a metrics driven organization, for some this provides clarity to your goals, for others that don't like to be held accountable...it can be stressful - you're working in outsourcing, it can be somewhat deflating to constantly fight for a better job/career/existence for our amazing employees in our different outsourcing sites while also recognizing our clients need to protect their bottom line
