Pros

- Diverse workforce and very inclusive hiring - Ample opportunities and experience to gather

Cons

- You get 8 sick days per year, AND most campaigns will only give you 1 day per month that stops accruing in August past that you MUST file for FMLA or short-term/long-term disability - otherwise you will be written up all the way to termination if done enough. Forget working here if you have a family at all especially if you're a single mother - You only get 8 PTO days a year, this is seen as 'generous' - Raises are absolutely pitiful and they will not tell you what it is based on until December. Your pay will only go up a respectable amount if you get promotions, raises should not be counted on for a sustainable increase in pay. If the campaign you're on does not promote often, get out. - They are professionals at off-shoring work. That should be all I need to say for any American based employees - Money that could be used for raises, bonuses, or anything of value for all employees, is instead put towards giveaways that only impact singular employees, and sometimes not even the best performers - Their scheduling team is outright atrocious and often makes issues worse through their actions - Their IT and networking teams are outright atrocious - Union-stomping holds a higher priority than genuine employee concerns (VP of HR or something came to our location only to give us a presentation on what to do to stop a union)

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
