Pros

Great people! From teammates to CEOs, everyone has been friendly, encouraging, supportive, and caring. You can see the leaders display true leadership skills in supporting and guiding their teams and are play by example when it comes to professional and personal growth. They are not afraid to show that they're not perfect, and that they are still growing. They show how it's okay to make mistakes because that is how we learn and move forward. Their leadership is inspiring and encouraging. Work-life balance is also prioritized in the company. They understand and care about your priorities in life (whether or not it's work related), and these personal priorities are taken into consideration when decisions that affect the employee(s) are made. Fun and ridiculous! With the rapid growth, things can get crazy and you learn by experience. We live by dog years in TaskUs. And just like man's best friend, we work hard and play hard!

Cons

The rapid growth can become overwhelming. Changes are happening left and right, and it can get scary. A lot of processes and systems are still being ironed out and fixed. Some are being removed while others are added. With all this happening, it can get confusing and frustrating. It is also saddening to see some good people feel the negative affects.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
