Pros

1.) Office Facilities are good (gym, day care, wellness rooms etc.); pet friendly offices 2.) Free Lunch for all employees 3.) Open door policy - you can reach out to your leaders easily; teammates can reach out to Bryce (TaskUs CEO) 4.) Salary package is fair especially if you are externally hired 5.) Free scholarships for yourself or for your kids if you qualify 6.) Retirement benefits as long as you stayed with the company for 5 years 7.) Day care assistance for parents 8.) No highly demanding campaigns (i.e. Telco accounts); Some programs still offer permanent work from home set up 9.) No discrimination in terms of gender, religion etc. 10.) Has 12 days of planned leaves (auto-approved) and 12 days of unplanned leaves (auto approved as well and can be used for sick leaves etc.)

Cons

1.) A lot of communication misses wherein frontline leaders suffer; there were instances that email comms has already been sent out but Sr. operations do not have any idea with the update 2.) Accountability issues 3.) Teammates are overly cynical to the point that they only think about themselves and not the totality of the business. Tenured teammates have a habit of comparing what TaskUs before and what TaskUs is now. They not flexible to change. 4.) If you are part of the leadership in TaskUs, you are not part of the "People First" Culture because you are required to please your downlines whatever happens 5.) Internally hires are not well trained 6.) No classroom based leadership training. All are self paced with a side of few hours mentorship with leaders (Preparatory Academy). Also the preparatory academy is not for everyone. It should be only for those with high performance 7.) No clarity in terms of Annual Merit Increase since scorecards are all capped at a 100% and would have difficulty to break the ties 8.) If you are an external hire, though they mention that they would like outside ideas, they tend to push aside suggestions and recommendations as they often tell you that this is what it's used to be. 9.) Expect a lot of movements from one LOB to another or one campaign to another 10.) Don't expect high performance incentives

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
