Pros

I recently applied to TaskUs Indore, but I received a call from the HR team informing me that my rehire status is not applicable and that the employee ID I provided is incorrect. However, I previously worked with TaskUs Gurugram under the Roadie campaign, and as you may know, I performed well during my tenure. Truly want to rejoin the company. I was one of the top performers during my time there, and I’ve also applied for the IGP. The Indore HR team advised me to contact my previous manager and HR for further clarification. I’ve attached my offer letter and experience letter for reference.

Cons

Could you please help me understand why my rehire status is marked as not applicable and why my employee ID is being considered invalid? It has been over two months since I first reached out regarding this matter, and I would appreciate any clarity you can provide, along with guidance on the next steps.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
