Pros

A company not only good for people who's looking for growth but also having a culture that understands employees sentiments, needs and struggles without making it hard for you to explain. No power tripping Payday is one day ahead Free meal - Food Forward Program Retirement Savings Program Day-care Financial assistance in the form of salary loans and advances Educational program - for employee's children Unplanned Leave allows you to take time off for unforeseen personal events even before 2 hours prior your shift. The company is getting bigger and better - there's more growth here You wear the same lanyard - no superiority complex/position narc lol

Cons

Pantry- not a lot of options with food/snacks except with 2 concessionaire Food- sometimes it doesn't really taste good but condiments are available. Low basic salary but there are incentives almost daily so if you perform well and you're for the goal then you get more!

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
