Pros

I was a worker here on 2023 to 2024 when my campaign ended, I had to leave due to schedule reasons for that time, but I always wanted to come back as I believe this is a great place to work, I just love the values, work environment, I can truly say that I found very good co-workers and friends here, as the people here is so nice, and also, the growing opportunities this company has are amazing, and I hope to follow that path. Now in 2025 I had the opportunity to get back to another capping, and I'm really grateful for that, Also, all the benefits the company provides to the workers are great, like the pre-paid medicine that I always use.

Cons

Maybe have more flexibility regarding certain schedules, but overall everything is great.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
