Fun place to work if you like hockey. Get close to other employees.

Cons

No where to go though. Can't move up. Just a part time job for a student or young adult.

Great atmosphere, friendly colleagues, fun activities, overall great place to work for people interested in skating or hockey

Cons

Not many. You will have to deal with a lot of disgruntled customers, so you will have a chance to develop some thick skin and conflict resolution skills.
