Pros

Work with NHL parent Company. Work with many great people in the industry, See how to manage and build a partnership with the community. All around a great place if you love the sport of Hockey and working within your community to help families and youths learn the sport

Cons

The job is a year round and weekend job, since it deals with the public. Not bad, but you must be prepared to give up holidays and weekends

Great atmosphere, friendly colleagues, fun activities, overall great place to work for people interested in skating or hockey

Cons

Not many. You will have to deal with a lot of disgruntled customers, so you will have a chance to develop some thick skin and conflict resolution skills.
