Relatively fulfilling work. Its good experience with customer service and also teaches a lot.

Cons

Recently there has been a lot of understaffing as well as cutting of normal hours during the week which made the tail end of my experience rather hectic.

Great atmosphere, friendly colleagues, fun activities, overall great place to work for people interested in skating or hockey

Cons

Not many. You will have to deal with a lot of disgruntled customers, so you will have a chance to develop some thick skin and conflict resolution skills.
