Pros
Good discount on clothing, Had (for the most part) a good customer base with some of them awesome people!, It's really great to help people find self confidence in themselves through shopping.
Cons
There was no room to move up in the company, and the FEW chances there were, they hired outside the company instead of trying to promote from within. They give people who break the rules and disrespect co-workers/customers FAR too many chances. The management outside of the store (DM, RM) definitely plays favorites. Way too much turnover.
