high turnover, little pay, fraternization with co workers a taboo, mean supervisors, zero benefits, lots of mind games, moving you from seat to seat everyday, they call you dumb with their negative attitude

Pros

Eventually management might let you go hybrid or remote, depending on your manager. It is pretty up in the air. Also if you get good with the systems, you will have job security forever.

Cons

Low pay, knowledge guarding, ununified management, low employee moral. Temp to hire in most cases. Pretty much everyone I spoke to that was entry level wanted to leave, mid level is not paid well, and management causes a lot of drama. Also skills dont really translate as everything is proprietary.
