Pros

- Good benefits once you get hired on - The job is hard enough to provide a challenge to new workers but there is not a high barrier to entry

Cons

Forced back into the office almost everyday. It is entirely possible to do this job effectively from home. It rarely makes a difference to be on site.

Pros

Eventually management might let you go hybrid or remote, depending on your manager. It is pretty up in the air. Also if you get good with the systems, you will have job security forever.

Cons

Low pay, knowledge guarding, ununified management, low employee moral. Temp to hire in most cases. Pretty much everyone I spoke to that was entry level wanted to leave, mid level is not paid well, and management causes a lot of drama. Also skills dont really translate as everything is proprietary.
