Pros

The work at home is a nice advantage, the salary is more or less good depending on where you are located. The health insurance is not bad either

Cons

everything.. The company is very toxic, huge micromanagement, I have to ask for permission to go to the WC since I literally can't leave my desk when working (at home) or else i'll receive an instant call from my TL stating they are noticing a drop in my performance (literally 3 hours into my shift) Sexual harassment from managers, promotions not based on merit but based on who you know and what you have to give (other than work skills obviously) Managers literally own the place, it's their family project and you can't say they're just employees like us.

Pros

lunch breaks, working from home that's about it

Cons

management, nepotism, you'll observe that alot of the tenured people at the company get away with taking virtually no calls what so ever. overall a just a depressing company to work for. If you are worth your weight in skills, seek a reputable company to put your talents in, but if you need a job to get by you could
