      Pros

      There are dedicated core staff at Clinic and Hospital locations. Variety of Jobs available and opportunities.

      Cons

      Absent Upper Managment. Disconnected HCM. Many support staff functions; human resources, accounting, quality, regulatory and IT support, require a significant amount of effort to engage. Known issues are left to fester causing significant issues. Blame and additional responsibilities are assigned to staff and leads, allowing Management to continue working from home.

      Pros

      Pay is decent and hours are guaranteed with available overtime. Team is Amazing and supportive and remote work is always a plus

      hmmm... there are good co-workers hiding around that are generally great to work with. There is a genuine desire amongst leadership to do things better.

      Cons

      leadership does not want to acknowledge prior mistakes and move forward to correct them.
