The company is in bad shape, their code is in shambles, no customer can run even a decently sized business without throwing tons of hardware on problems. they are on the verge of losing even the existing customers, their data center is a joke with most incompetent people, who have no technical background managing it. The management is desperate, but they do not have any skill set as they have inbred for a long time moreover earlier mostly promotions were based on favouritism by the owner and the founder, good technical guys are leaving in droves, very few knowledgeable people are left now.
