Pros

Mentorship programs, upper management usually willing to spend extra time explaining a new technology or protocol, ability to branch out into different consortia, travel oppturnities for students, flexible schedules. Work from home oppturnities depending on consortia.

Cons

You will be paid like a student for engineer quality testing. Depending on Graduate Research Assistant status, you may be ineligible for employment.

Pros

Extremely great place to learn and grow outside of the classroom on the UNH campus. Reviews every six months where your progress and work can be acknowledged, flexible hours, great management and team as well. Access to what the industry is like and 'real' engineering.

Cons

Nothing to complain about, "Best Job I've Had" - Many past and current employees.

Pros

Great place to work and grow. I have learned so much working there and has really set me up in the industry to succeed and come out of college with a lot of applicable knoweldge. In addition, you get a lot of expeirince with test equitment which is very useful.

Cons

The big thing is organization and documentation since the lab is mainly for undergraduates people come and go. There is a big learning curve being a new hire and it is imperitive to apply yourself and push yourself to learn to ge the most out of it.
