Cons
Learn a lot of information way too late about new projects being implemented. Too many leaders focused on their own career advancement rather than the welfare or day to day work of the team they're supposed to "lead". Many crew members are also barely functioning it seems, there is definitely a different level of training being offered to people hired to different teams and different sites, to the point where you may resent having to work with certain groups. Career wise, certain cites are better for career advancement depending on the group you want to work in. Although it is portrayed differently, Charlotte is strictly for people who want to advance in personal advice, client relationships, leadership, or technology. If you have other interests, good luck. Additionally, searching for growth opportunities is difficult as well. The internal system only allows you to search open positions based on vague key words, vaguely defined salary tiers, or location. It is very difficult to find what opportunities may exist if you aren't aware of what teams and roles exist, there is no database or method of finding out what departments there are or even what each role at the company performs.
