Pros
Great training, great benefits. 401(k) is the best in the industry. Great place to work if you're just waiting for retirement.
Cons
They should be more up front, THIS IS A CALL CENTER. Lack of decent technology and well thought out innovation will be the death of this company. If you voice your opinion and it happens to be critical of the "new thing" that the company is pushing, you'll be on the naughty list. Promotion doesn't exist, it's all done by interviewing internally. They specifically state that current job performance is only 10% of what is considered when applying for a higher-paying position. Great place to start but if you're young and somewhat ambitious, get licensed, pay attention, learn as much as possible, and move on with your career elsewhere. Most phone reps find themselves peaking after about a year.
