Terrible management - Senior Research Engineer Veeco Instruments Employee Review

It always breaks my heart to see reviews like this. I know from my experience that Veeco is full of great people who mean well, including our leaders. So when I see someone who has had this kind of experience or feels this way about working at Veeco, I wonder how we got here. It feels like there must have been so many missed opportunities. We are committed to continuous improvement, respect, and diversity of thought and experience. We have many different ways of raising concerns, including a confidential employee hotline.
