That said, I'm sorry to hear about your perception of "playing favorites" and the feeling of being "brushed off" by your manager. We take this feedback very seriously and I'll be following up directly with the Support leaders in response to your review. In the meantime, you should know that we recently met with the entire support team to gain feedback (without the support manager present). While we did hear some constructive feedback about better communicating across departments and making the career growth paths more clear, the consensus of the team was very positive overall.
