Career growth opportunities are scarce or move very slowly. Easy to take on new responsibilities/try new things but hard to break into a new role. You could be "helping" another department and doing another job for years without a title change or compensation increase in sight.

There is very little room for advancement. People who have been with dotloop for a long time often get overlooked for the hard work they do. Sales and support are typically the only opportunities available.

Tiring job, really hard to hold the moral that was there before going to working from home. Hard to keep people so it’s understaffed.

a lot of cold calling, truly a grind

Leadership is the worst part about Dotloop. There is constant change that comes without warning, and senior management is incapable and untrustworthy. The low base salary is not worth the effort required. The pay is hourly, meaning you are not paid for working after hours. Any sales job requires more than 40hrs/wk, especially starting out. No sense of culture and even though Dotloop is owned by Zillow, the two are completely disconnected.

Sales is extremely favored from the top down, they are protected at all costs and not held accountable for their actions. Product is showing it’s age, we are not competitive anymore. Our top talent was pulled for a different platform within Zillow Group. Marketing is all over the place and can’t seem to focus on one thing.

Leadership is awful from middle management to directors and you deal with real estate agents who have not a clue how to use tech so they rage at you like you ruined their existence. They do not at all adhere to zillows core values.

Limited in-person event opportunities, making it difficult to connect with peers.
