I am confused by your perception of our benefits and culture being negative because we hear only positive feedback about benefits and culture in our employee surveys and other Glassdoor reviews where we rank best-in-class. As for compensation, we invest heavily in ensuring that our compensation levels are aligned with each market where we operate. We ensure this through a seasoned in-house compensation team and third party partners who track compensation information in our industry. So while I can't speak specifically to your perception about your salary when you were previously employed by dotloop, I can say with confidence that our salaries are competitive and in-line with the market.
