Pros

Revolutionary product. Good place to be successful if one you're ambitious and adaptable to change. Most of the people are great to work with. Those who are committed care a lot about the future success of the company. The product has a direct impact in bettering people's lives.

Cons

Disconnect from market understanding. Continuous changes to strategy. Not learning from mistakes. Smaller company with little infrastructure in place. Lack of synergy within upper management. Competitors are starting to catch up. Smaller company with limited resources. You have to want it and work outside of business hours to be successful (this isn't necessarily a bad thing).
