Thanks for your review. I have so much respect for everyone on our Support team for the work that you do. The product knowledge, empathy and patience that is require to serve our customers is admirable, so its refreshing to know that it's being rewarded appropriately! Thanks for calling out the communication between departments as an area of improvement. We agree. I hope it's gotten better over the past year as we've made this a focus for our business, but definitely understand that there's more work to do.
