I was fortunate to be one of the early employees at dotloop, along with many others who are still there today. From the first tiny office, to the first national partnership, to where the company is at today as a trusted brand used by thousands. Being part of a growing company is priceless, and dotloop continues to grow by the day!
What I love most is the the strong core values and culture that the the founding team put in place from day one. To this day, the company still does monthly value awards that recognize key people for modeling the values on a regular basis. A strong culture makes work not feel like a job.
I also love the energy that I feel by being at the company. The office space is colorful, the music is upbeat, and the leadership prioritizes happiness in the way that we work. It really makes a big difference when you get to spend your days with happy people.
Lastly, are the people. I just really love the people I work with. Everyone is passionate, and believes in the companies vision. I think this has a lot to do with why dotloop has been so successful. It feels a lot like a family where people hang out during and after work. And everyone genuinely cares about each other.
Highly recommended for anyone interested in a fast-paced high energy work environment!
