A place where I know I belong.. - Brokerage Sales Consultant dotloop Employee Review

I have been working at dotloop for a little over two years now. I have worked in two vastly different departments (Document Analyst and Sales) I have also been heavily involved with the Culture Committee. I could go on and on why I love working where I am. It is a place that has allowed me to grow as an individual in a business setting. When I first started, I had no direction what I wanted out of myself, but with my experience and successes, dotloop has taught me how to develop myself. The culture of dotloop makes it what it is. I get the chance to get employees involved with intramural sports, office functions, and community service; seeing what impact we make on each other, our clients, and the community makes it worth every minute of hard work that you put in. dotloop is not just a place of employment, it is a second home to a lot of us. It is a place where you can count on the person next to you and the person sitting on the other side of the office.
