Thanks for this review. I really love your first comment in Pros about enjoying the people that you work with! As for the Cons, the feedback you shared about communication across departments and career development are topics that we've been focused on improving. Beyond what we are already doing through regular cross-departmental meetings as well as the weekly all-hands FYI meetings, please feel free to share any other ideas that you might have with your supervisor or me direct. Lastly, I'd love to learn more about the "focusing on the few things that matter" feedback. Focus is definitely an approach that I value (as you know, it's one of our core company values) and if it feels like we are not focused I assume personal responsibility for that. Through 2014 and 2015 we have only been focused on three things: 1) Servicing our Customers, 2) Selling Strategically and 3) Monetizing our Network. I'll be sure to raise this topic and gather additional feedback in our weekly FYI meeting today.
