- Industry knowledge was given in specks, when asked. - Structurally this is a house of cards living in a margin. - Leadership swings between completely incompetent or just lying. - Micromanaging and political games played within senior and interim management.

Empower Pharmacy is a trailblazer within the Compounding Pharmacy world. It is great to work for a company that invests in technology advancement and innovation. Additionally, the benefits that they offer are incomparable. Free compounding medication, IV therapy, and insurance benefits are great perks.

Cons

Frequent leadership changes. With leadership change, there are constant changes with process that can feel repetitive and superfluous.
