Pros
They pay well I can't really think of anything else. I liked my coworkers, but management was horrible. I guess it's nice they have a 401K match.
Cons
Worst training I have ever had. The management does not know how to manage people. Horrible customer service. You don't get the tools you need to do your job. They preach how you get so much support, which is not true at all. High turn over. Good people are heading elsewhere.
