At Enablecomp we are very big on our company culture as well as our core values. We talk the talk and walk the walk. Employees are valued and recognized for their efforts. Plenty of room to grow your career too!

Cons

We are growing so fast it is hard to keep up but so much opportunity for career growth!

I have worked in Revenue Cycle for over twenty-five years and this is the first company that I ever felt appreciated for the work I and my Team does. Their company culture shows that they not only count their employees as family but they care about you and your family outside of the work environment.

Cons

Training is not the same for everyone which Senior Management is already working on due to employee surveys and roundtable discussions.

Pros

Employees are empowered by the core values and mission of the company. The vacation accruals and benefits are fair. Employees are encouraged to participate in innovation and company growth.

Cons

For a seasoned employee the pay rate is well below the average. The training program for new hires as well as conversion to new software programs for existing employees is lacking and inconsistent to a corporation of this magnitude.
