Pros

It was a paycheck. Decent PTO. That is about all I can say good.

Cons

Fake culture pushed by upper management at the Town Hall meetings. Immediate management was terrible and confrontational.

Pros

Remote. Decent Time off. Flexible schedules.

Cons

The non-competitive pay rates are a significant concern. The compensation offered is consistently below industry standards for similar roles. The company does provide a mere 2% raise each year, as long as you meet company expectations. Alongside the raise is a poor bonus/incentive program, and a point reward system that offers little to no chances to earn said points. Secondly, is the lack of overtime opportunities. Employees deal with large quantities of accounts, and yet cannot work overtime to stay ahead. Furthermore, advancement opportunities are non-existent. There is a clear lack of structure for professional growth, and employees are not given the tools or support to progress within the company. This stagnation leads to a demotivating work environment. Finally, poor management is a consistent source of frustration. Communication is ineffective and employee feedback is consistently ignored.
