      Lack of experience in leadership

      I had a good manager that did not micro manage and good clients.

      Cons

      Too much internal promotion with a large lack of experience from all levels of management. Not much healthcare knowledge at the company. Constant need for overtime rarely approved.

      Pros

      Training was pretty thorough, assigned a mentor to help with any questions afterwards. Teams are typically a fun, laid back group. The company has a lot of motivated and helpful employees. Pretty good benefits - insurance, PTO, decent amount of holidays. I think pay is okay considering it’s remote work so that saves on personal expenses.

      Cons

      Work flow can change pretty frequently and that information isn’t always shared until you’re suddenly told much later that you’re doing it wrong.
