NONE to speak of except that the CEO is personable (though completely oblivious to the managerial dysfunction, incompetent revenue cycle services managers, and nepotism within his organization)

AVOID working here. There are much better revenue cycle management companies to work for in the greater Nashville metropolitan area. I can speak firsthand and say that the positive 5 star reviews here are untrue and an embellishment of what EnableComp corporate wants you to think it's like working here. I've been berated, insulted, told to turn a blind eye to issues, instructed to lie, instructed not to go to legal when major health law, company policy and contractual violations were identified in addition to the countless personal moral injury and dilemmas I endured during my tenure there.
