      Pros

      When I first started with his company it was fun and enjoyable and still is.. I have enjoyed working for this company and have learned a lot. Yes we work hard but they reward their employees for that hard work. It is the second best place I have worked at

      Cons

      As with any company that starts out small and grows like this one has always comes with areas that need Improvement. Upper Management needs to go back through training. Favoritism is very bad and very noticeable. Yes they have open door policy but nothing is kept behind the doors anymore

      Pros

      There are many pros to working at EnableComp starting from the comradery of the teammates to the open door policy of the Executive Team. Nowhere have I worked where the CEO will walk around and speak to the people on the floor working. Even though we have over 200 employees, he still meets with EVERY new hire. We have a more flexible schedule than most places. Once certain benchmarks have been met, you have the option to work from home. We have quarterly celebrations and monthly meetings where employees are recognized for their hard work

      Cons

      I would love to see more go towards employee benefits. Also, Managers should be reviewed each year by their employees. Upper management needs to listen when the same complaint is repeated.

      Pros

      I have been with this company for over three years. I have loved almost every min of it. I have never worked for a company that worked hard and played just as hard. They do a great job trying to keep the balance. The work isn't always the easiest. But it is worth it. When you do a good job they have tons of different ways for the employees to be recognized.

      Cons

      Every company has its ups and downs. The pros greatly out weigh the cons. Communication from upper management could use some improvements on occasion but for the most part they do a great job.
