Pros

Great company to work for. The Executive Team really do care about the employees and believe in their core values. Yearly pay review, quarterly celebrations and extras such as a gym, blood drives, fun committees etc

Cons

There were none in my job

Pros

I've been with the company for almost 3 years now. They do alot for the employees. Salary is good. Quarterly Celebrations, Bonus plan, casual work environment. Even got to wear shorts most of the summer. Most of the mgmt is great, but as in most every company, there are some that don't belong in their positions. Overall, I like the work I do and appreciate what they do for their employees.

Cons

No snack machines. We're scattered in multiple buildings one a campus, instead of being in one large building. Supervisors need to thoroughly understand the work the their employees are doing and/or not doing.
