Pros

I've been with EnableComp since June 2022 and have really enjoyed my time working here. The work life balance is one of the biggest highlights - working from home has given me the flexibility I need while still feeling connected to my team. There are also great opportunities for growth within the company. I've received so much support from my team, management and HR as I've moved into new roles. Overall, EnableComp is a great place to build your career.

Cons

Work can be challenging and often times demanding, but this is to be expected.

I've had the privilege of growing my career at EnableComp since starting as a Revenue Specialist in May 2016. Within my first year, I transitioned into a role in Quality Assurance, and by December 2017, I had the opportunity to move into accounting as a Staff Accountant. From there, my career continued to progress—I was promoted to Staff Accountant II, then to Manager of Revenue Accounting, and now I proudly serve as the Director of Revenue Accounting. What stands out most about EnableComp is the company’s true commitment to developing its people. My career path is a reflection of how EnableComp genuinely invests in employees’ growth and supports them in pursuing their goals. The leadership team doesn’t just talk about professional development—they actively create opportunities for it. The culture here is people-first. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and deeply values work-life balance. While the work can certainly be challenging at times, it’s also incredibly rewarding. Pros

I joined EC with the goal of building a career and because of the support and encouragement for growth I've experienced, I have reached that goal and much more. Other positives include open door policies with management and executive leadership, work/life balance, continued growth opportunities, culture.

Cons

As we have grown to a more remote workforce, it has become necessary to find ways to connect with coworkers beyond the watercooler. No fault of Enablecomp as Covid changed the world, but I do miss that face to face element.
